Lloyd Pedersen began his relationship with resort properties in Northern Michigan in 1985 by purchasing the oldest real estate firm in Harbor Springs which included offices in Harbor Springs and Bayview and moving with his wife and 5 children to Harbor Springs from the Palm Springs area of California. Lloyd had been involved in the hot water resort business in the Palm Springs area since 1971. He and his wife Joyce successfully operated and built this real estate listing, sales and rental business, adding a third office in Petoskey, until they sold to Graham Real Estate in 1994.

In 1995, Lloyd took his resort expertise to Bay Harbor as an Associate Broker with Bay Harbor Properties during the development and building of the unbelievable Bay Harbor waterfront community with over five miles of Lake Michigan waterfront. Lloyd’s listing and sales skills earned him the admiration and respect of the Developer and many Bay Harbor owners and the recognition of being one of the top real estate agents in Bay Harbor.

In 2002, Lloyd left Bay Harbor Properties and went out on his own under the name
Lloyd D. Pedersen, Realtor and Connect North Resort Rentals. In 2003 Lloyd was asked to serve as the Exclusive Rental Agent for The Cliffs Condominiums in Bay Harbor. He continues to manage resort rentals in The Cliffs, Bay Harbor, Crooked Tree, Petoskey, on Walloon Lake and other resort communities in the area. He also manages a substantial book of commercial properties in Petoskey. After 24 years of successfully listing and selling resort properties, Lloyd made the determination in 2008 to operate as a Buyer’s Agent, only representing the interests of Buyers, giving Buyers the representation, expertise and direction that they deserve and need.

Pat Mcfall

Pat Mcfall, with husband John, who was an educator; moved to Petoskey with their daughters Karen and Sarah in 1967.For recreation the family enjoyed sailing on Lake Charlevoix and breeding, raising, and showing Morgan horses in the Midwest. Pat became an innkeeper for the next 16+ years since moving to Petoskey. Upon selling the motel in 1983, Pat became a licensed realtor and has enjoyed working with buyers and sellers in the Petoskey area since then.
